Our History Our Vision

The inception of CENTURY 21 Advance Realty as a member of the CENTURY 21® System began May 31, 1990.

Prior to that date, the company was known as Landmark Realty. It was founded in 1985 by John M. Herman, Esq. and was a predominantly commercial/industrial company.

Mr. Herman made the decision to widen the company's scope by becoming part of the CENTURY 21® System in 1990. With the help of Barry Rohrbach, CENTURY 21 Advance Realty became a force in the residential marketplace. With its commercial/industrial team still in place, the company began with only seven residential agents.

In April of 1993, Gabrielle J. "Wink" Dietrich, (ABR, CRB, e-Pro, GRI, SRES, SRS,WCR, CSP, CRMS, CCPS) an Associate Broker licensed since 1978, joined the company as Vice President.

Mr. Herman and Mrs. Dietrich had a shared vision, to make CENTURY 21 Advance Realty a professional, financially successful, award winning company that would maintain a level of service, both to the clients and to the agents & staff, unprecedented in the real estate industry.

In July of 1997, Mrs. Dietrich became the Broker of Record for CENTURY 21 Advance Realty. Mr. Herman continued to build the commercial/industrial division of the company and specialized in land development, new contruction, and business development.

Mrs. Dietrich was named "REALTOR® of the Year" in 2003.  She and Mr. Herman have taken CENTURY 21 Advance Realty to its current status as a full-service real estate company, offering residential real estate, land development, new construction, investment properties, and relocation in its menu of services.

Today, the company has attained national sales award status, agents who have attained all levels of the Masters Program for sales excellence in the CENTURY 21® System, and a seasoned support staff.

Our Mission Statement continues to state "you still matter," and our Vision will always be to hold that lofty goal as our main endeavor.
